California native Yasamine June has been creating art since her childhood growing up in the canyons of north-east Los Angeles. While living in Santa Cruz, and later in Oakland, she worked extensively in the independent music industry, designing album artwork, merchandise, and concert posters.
She founded, operated and creative directed an independent record label, Royal Oakie, for 10 years.
Her work spans multiple formats, including her vibrant screen prints for live music events, paintings, illustration, branding, photography, neon, website design, graphic design and more.
She is based in Los Angeles.
